The duration is 50-60 minutes, the price is EUR 60. This is the first meeting for regular work with a specialist or on your own.
At our first meeting, I propose a comprehensive approach, focused on solving the pressing issues of teenagers and their parents. This is a one-time diagnostic and guidance session that includes:
- Testing and information gathering. Identification of key problem areas and discussion of current obstacles to understanding the overall picture of your psychological well-being.
- Developing an individual plan. Creation of an action plan that the teenager and his parents can implement independently at home. This plan includes specific steps and recommendations to achieve the goals set in the area of improving mental health.
- Training in stress relief techniques. Demonstration of effective relaxation methods and stress relief techniques that will help cope with everyday challenges and improve emotional state.
- Attentive listening. Providing a safe space for free expression of thoughts and feelings, providing support and understanding without judgment or criticism.
This meeting aims to create a foundation for long-term positive change by helping teenagers and their families feel more confident and calm in dealing with life’s challenges.
Attention for parents! Meetings with the client are confidential, and in this case the client is the one sitting in front of the monitor. Therefore, the discussion of personal information provided by the customer is excluded. Parents are provided with the lesson plan and general summary, as well as what the client considers necessary to make public.

The format is art coaching, testing according to the child’s age, work according to an individual corrective and developmental program. Steady and inspiring mentorship aimed at personal development and the ability to navigate through life’s challenges, ethical foundations, personality tests, stabilization and relaxation tools.
Considering the interests and environment of modern children, it is necessary to create a space where the Child/Person can return as often as possible and rest mentally and emotionally.
It is worth noting that the regularity and frequency of meetings plays an important role in achieving the result.
* The condition provides for holding meetings 2-3 times a week, at least 2-3 months. The duration of one meeting is 50 minutes, the price is EUR 40.
