Йога2

Yoga is a lifestyle. Therefore, any of my training, even if it doesn't have the word YOGA on it, is what shapes me, develops me, and leads me to a better version of myself. And this is yoga.

Katerina Didenko

Yoga isn’t gymnastics. Yoga is the health of body and soul. We can divide the problems a person comes to yoga with into three main groups: physical issues (headache, back pain, long-term pain after childbirth, gastrointestinal problems, swelling, hormonal disorders, excess weight), psychoemotional issues (depression, upset, excessive self-criticism, problems in communicating with loved ones, sleep disorders, impaired concentration) and spiritual issues (searching for one’s purpose, understanding the laws of the universe and financial prosperity, and why things happens).

Yoga helps to lose weight and make the body more toned, stabilize hormonal levels, improve women’s health, gain inner peace, tranquility, develop stress resistance, increase concentration and attention. Mantras, meditation, purification practices reveal how the world is arranged and will help in achieving the highest goal of yoga – realizing the teachings of Liberation.

Yoga for beginners and teenagers in English in studio and online

The duration of one lesson is 60 minutes, the price of online lesson is EUR 10, and the price of in-studio lesson is EUR 15.

Yoga for teenagers and beginners offers a great way to strengthen the body and develop the ability to concentrate, which is especially important during the period of growth and development. This direction of yoga helps teens better understand and accept their bodies, develops flexibility and endurance, and teaches relaxation and stress resistance techniques that can be useful during school and socialization.

Yoga classes for beginners and teens usually include simple asanas that don’t require prior experience, and focus on proper technique for a safe practice. In addition to physical exercises, attention is paid to breathing techniques, which help to manage the emotional state and improve the ability to concentrate.

Yoga classes may include:

  1. Introduction and warm-up, where participants have the opportunity to tune in to the class, calm their mind and prepare their body for more active exercises.
  2. The main part with asanas, which helps to strengthen the muscles, develop flexibility and improve the general physical shape.
  3. Stretching and relaxation, which help to restore muscles and promote deep relaxation.

Classes also often end with meditation or Shavasana, a deep relaxation pose that allows participants to rest and restore energy.

These classes are perfect for teenagers who want to improve their health and fitness, as well as for those who are just starting their yoga journey and want to learn the basics of this ancient practice in a safe and supportive environment.
